I leave Bill and his folks a review quite frequently. Not because they ask in the emails, but because they truly go above and beyond every single time I have my vehicles serviced. I am currently in a different state for 60+ days. During that time, my wife's 4runner had a flat tire. Kelly and Bill got her an EXCELLENT deal on new tires and had them on almost immediately. As a husband who normally does the car stuff, I cannot express how grateful I am to have a shop I trust while I am not around. They take care of her (and me) as if she was family, and that speaks volumes. As always, 10/10 for B&A.
