B&A auto is the best. Always there for the customer and trustworthy I referred many family and friends to these guys. Thanks Bill and Kelly for always taking care of my auto needs.

I do a lot of my own work, but when I realized that I had a leaking rear axle seal, I realized that it would be better to bring my vehicle into a shop to press the new bearings and seals and I had a few other things that I didn't have the time to complete myself. This shop is only a few blocks from my house, but I hadn't used them before. Everyone was extremely professional and got the work requested completed quickly and for a reasonable price. Another shop quoted me 50% more in price, wouldn't warranty the work, and told me that it would take a day and a half of labor (pretty ridiculous). They also we planning on using the wrong diff oil weight, which also sent of red flags. B&A did the work quickly and warrantied the work for 2 years. B&A was professional and did everything right; including the owner, Bill, following up today to make sure I was happy with the repairs.

I was amazed at the professionalism and honesty from everyone here. I have never had to take a vehicle in for repairs, but unfortunate I didn't have the tools to complete repairs since I am traveling. They did not try to get me to replace a bunch of parts that weren't damaged or in need and offered different quality that fit my needs Then. To top it off,I received a text the following day from the owner making sure the repairs met my satisfaction! Most certainly recommend to others

I am writing this review because this shop blew me away with their honesty and professionalism. My '13 Accord dash suddenly lit up like a Christmas tree while I was sitting in traffic. I pulled off the road and the car started to sputter. I turned it off, it barely turned backed over, and I wasn't able to get the car above 10 mph without it sputtering and dying each time I tried to accelerate. My car was towed to B&A, and left there overnight. The next morning, B&A cleared the codes and did everything they could to diagnose the problem, including looking at manufacturer service bulletins, and doing several thorough tests on the fuel system, fuel pumps, and electrical systems. They did 3 separate test drives after the testing, and the problem did not resurface. To come pick up my car and not be charged a DIME for an entire days' diagnostic work absolutely blew me away. I have never encountered a shop with that level of integrity and I will definitely be returning to this shop for any and all automotive needs, because of their ethics.
