They are honest, will help you affordably work through issues that would otherwise be expensive at the dealership, and they have a quick turn around. Kelly and Bill have also both taken the time to really talk to me and discuss diagnostics, alternative options, and details about any repair service performed. After having trouble with some warranty work done at a Jeep dealership in Summit County, B&A has been a breath of fresh air! Highly recommended for great customer service and honest, reliable work on your Jeep or any vehicle.
