Took my '01 Jeep to Bill with horrible transmission issue. Needed a rebuild and debated on spending that kind of $$ on my 20 yr old Jeep that I love so much. Now, glad I did, and even more happy that Bill did such a great job!!! Car drives like a dream and will now be a great first car for my son. Honesty, integrity and excellent work! Thank you!!!

AMAZING!! Had an appt today at a big chain repair shop for front brakes on my vehicle. Got there and was told "The technician called out today, we can't do your brakes." No phone call, no apology..nada. I left upset as I had cleared my afternoon from my business to get this handled. Got in my car and did a quick Google search for auto repair and saw the Google reviews for B and A. I called, Bill answered and after a few minutes I was on my way over there to have an inspection done so he knew what was needed. Bill, the owner, ordered the brake pads as soon as he got off the phone with me too, btw. It was approaching 3:00 so the likelihood of the job getting done that day, if I needed rotors was close to zero. I pulled in, the car was on the rack in 5 minutes and I was out the door, driving away by 3:35.. INCLUDING THE TEST DRIVE!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!! THAT is customer service and hands down the best professionalism I have seen in a very, very long time. B and A has a customer for life. I'm a small business owner and prefer to patronize other small biz, but just didn't know who to call about my car so I stuck with the big high profile places. I am so grateful I saw this shop's reviews and that Bill answered the phone. Thanks gentlemen, you made my day and the car brakes like it did the day I bought it!🙏😁

I scheduled an appointment online and it asked me to choose two options and someone would contact me. They never did. My engine light is on so I went to the shop and was told immediately that they do not service my type of car (Fiat 500). Yet, when I scheduled online the website allowed me to select my make and model from an existing list. I ended up going to Advanced Auto Parts store and their employees actually came outside to look at my engine and troubleshoot the issue which was an air hose, not unique to my car. This auto shop could of helped me and taken my business. But instead were lazy and dismissive. I wonder if being a woman played a part. I rated one star because that’s the only option. Honestly, they deserve a ZERO!
